As posted earlier on this blog - I learned about Digsby a while back and use it regularly to help manage all of my social accounts including Facebook, Twitter and multiple email accounts.
The one drawback I've found is that it does seem to slow down my already slow connection at times. Otherwise, I think it is a big productivity booster.
